New Green Air Scent Pod

New Green air send me one of their Scent Pods run off two batteries or powered by your USB port. These do not seem as powerful as all the other New Green Air diffusers that I have, but are great to help create a nice scent in your work space.

You put a couple drops of oil on the pads and place it inside the pod and close. Its that easy. This doesn't put off a mist like the ultrasonic diffusers. The fan pushes the scent around.

These are really lightweight and I have found they have a slight hum which can help drown out cube noises. If using at work, less is more. You don't want to fumigate your neighbors. ;)

This was not one of my favorites though. It doesn't seem to diffuse, just put scent in the air, but definitely good for the office for more aromatherapy than diffusing.

Bubi Bottle review

Bubi Bottle sent me two of their reusable silicone bottles. These are fantastic!! They come in 9 colors, BPA Free, flexible and microbial free. I normally use glass or stainless steel but this is a great option for the times where they aren't practical.

Bubi multi use bottles are light, foldable, and resistant to heat and cold.  There is a ring on them to keep them rolled up when not in use.

Bubi bottles would also be very beneficial for military or uniformed services. The only thing that I think could be improved for this target audience is a tougher valve and to fine tune any possible leakage issues.

These would be great gifts for anyone. All you need to do is fill with items unique to the person and you have a special gift!

In researching their website you can use Bubi bottles for camping, hiking, traveling, gym, and sports. You can microwave, use them in the oven, and are freezer safe. They say you can use them to store or warm liquids, but I don't typically use anything plastic for that.
Whats unique about the Bubi bottle is you can use it as a hot or cold compress, or store a small first aid kit to stay dry.

Our old house is cold in the winter and the bubi bottle can be used to keep you warm. Place it over a fire (yes, fire!),  or in the microwave (without the ring on it)  and place it in your sleeping bag or under your coat and stay warm.

Rinse Kit Review

Rinse Kit sent me their portable shower. This has SO many uses around the house. They now have a heater accessory and a field shower.

RinseKit is a portable pressurized shower. There is no pumping or batteries. The RinseKit holds two gallons of water that you can fill from a householdspigot and has a pressurized
Upon opening, there is a spray nozzle sitting on a bit of bubble wrap.

This is what the inside looks like and where you fill the RinseKit
The top of the RinseKit even has a way to measure fish or game if you are a hunter!

As a family the RinseKit has come in very handy. We have one spot of our yard that a hose cannot reach. We can use this to water those plants. This is great for day trips to the beach, projects around house, camping, outdoor sports, and to clean up those kids after soccer games!! Leave this filled and ready to go in your car, and you will find many uses. I have seen posts with people using it during power outages, deer season, paramedics, music fests, camping, pets, rodeos, and so much more!

Comment and let me know what uses you have found. #WhatWillYouRinse

cradl.Phone Case review

Cradl. Case sent me this beautiful phone case to review. The color combinations are beautiful and help your phone stand out. This is helpful when you loses your phone on a regular basis in your own home. :) The case was brainstormed over a lunch date, and now you see its fruition.

This is the 6s model in Bubbles. There is also a tree and block pattern. The internal skeleton of the case is molded with the outer shell. The material helps absorb and spread out the shock of the impact. There is also a rocker switch on the side which helps access the volume easier instead of just a regular flat buttons. They are made for the iPhone 6 and you can pre-order the iPhone 6plus and the iPad air cases.

This case is a very sleek, low profile case with good shock protection. I was initially concerned about the open case if it ever got around a puddle of water on the counter, but so far that has not been a problem. The case also has raised corners.
The case is extremely easy to put on and has a great skid proof quality. There are many color combinations to choose from and provides a lot of variety for a great price point. They currently run $32 each so its affordable enough to get two if you like to change the case out.

cradl. gives back fifty cents from each case to Capital Gift program. They are also made in the USA.

The Oil Diffusery Essential Oil Pendant Review

The Oil Diffusery sent me these beautiful necklaces to review for you.

This silver pendant reminds me of a celtic design.

I put just a couple drops of essential oils on the diffuser pad and it appears to last at least two days. It came with 5 colored  diffuser pads. The chain is 24 inches long and the pendant itself is about 1 1/4" wide.

the antique silver  is equally as beautiful. Again, 5 colored pads are included. This pendant is about 1" wide. This one is made from copper with an antique silver finish.

Both of these are pretty light weight. I noticed no reaction to the chains or pendants. I love essential oils and I'm just starting to retain all the information out there. There is SO MUCH information out there so make sure to do your own research.  You can wash out the pads and reuse them which is nice.

The oil Diffusery has 2 pages of product selection in their store. So far I have been happy with both these styles. They do not appear to have any issues with the oils in them on a day to day basis.

I would love to see more information on their page about their company. This is their grand opening and their page has no featured items. It makes me try to login when clicking on their front page which I've never experienced. If you have any knowledge on that, let me know. It could just be my own issue. ;)

Nordic Naturals review and giveaway

Nordic Naturals  sent us DHA, vitamin d gummies, and probiotic gummies. While I cannot tell you about their effectiveness after just one bottle, the in

The DHA is cod liver oil in a soft gel capsule with no gluten, milk, or artificial colors/flavors. Little crazy life couldn't swallow these but I am able to get her vitamin a/d and omegas in other ways.

The vitamin D3 gummies kids has 400IU of d3 with a flavor of watermelon. There are no artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives.

The probiotic gummies have 1.5 billion live cultures plus prebiotic fiber and is a berry punch flavor. There are no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. The only thing I'm not fond of is the sugars. We limit sugar in little crazy lifes diet, but there is only 1 gram of sugar in each gummy, so overall it seems pretty low. no gluten, milk, or artificial colors/flavors.

Nordic Naturals was created in Norway. Read their company mission and their research practices. I do love that Nordic Naturals has a corporate social responsibility page that explains how they impact the world.

They have a list of their experts with a variety of backgrounds. One is a naturopathic physician. FANTASTIC! I'm all for a holistic view of health and from the surface it appears that this company tries to blend everything. However, that being said, you know your family and their needs best. Be their advocate and research EVERYTHING. Never take one persons opinion without researching first.  Be well!

Smarty Pants Vitamins Review

Smarty Pants sent me two versions of their kids vitamins. the red cap is kids complete, the green is kids complete with fiber. The complete with fiber has prebiotic fiber for digestive health.

As a mom, I'm always looking for a cleaner way to supplement little crazy lifes nutrition. We all know that kids diets could always use improvement. Heck, mine could too! If we don't KNOW better, we cannot DO better. That is why I was interested in reviewing Smarty pants!

Their approach seems to be to focus on the most missed vitamins with the standard American diet (Omega, D3, and b12). I have our family take sublingual methyl B12 as its absorbed at a much better rate than most B12. I cannot confirm what type  is used in these.

Take a look at their core value of being transparent as a company and read more about their story.

With any supplement, you have to do your own research. Be diligent in your own health and find out whats really in your food. Its hard to know with just one bottle if you will have benefits. However I do love that they are allergen friendly, taste good, no synthetic colors, artificial flavors or preservatives. They are also gluten and allergen free.

There is also a line of adults and prenatal vitamins. Another thing I love is that as a company they give back and support vitamin angels.

If we have an abundance in this life, isn't it nice to share? Be kind, people! :)

Kays Naturals Review

Kays naturals sent me a few products to try. The taste of these protein cookie bites reminded me more of a cereal but they were really good.

We also chose chili nacho cheese chips. These were also pretty good. Little crazy life didn't care for them as they have a tiny kick of spice to them. We loved them though. The texture was a cross between a cheez-it and a chip.

The almond puffs have a flavor and texture I cant place, but they are on the sweeter side and pretty good.

While we don't eat this type of product on a regular basis, it is great to keep in the car for emergency snacks, in a desk drawer for when you find yourself out of snacks, or just a better choice than candy or junkfood.

Per their website "Kay’s Naturals we have surveyed the vast landscape of so-called nutritious foods and determined that the missing link is a Better Balance™ of protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fats. Kay’s all-natural, gluten-free line seeks to fill this gap with food that has a healthy balance of great taste, low calories, lean soy protein, zero cholesterol, lower carbohydrates and fiber. Our foods also provide a complete amino acid profile."

Products are tested at an outside lab with each run. This enables assurance of any cross-contamination that may have happened before the raw ingredients reached the facility.

Vermitek Bokashi Composter Review

Recently we posted about a worm farm from Vermitek. Its going strong and we have doubled the amount of worms. We have started getting worm juice to use on our garden and its fantastic!

Now I have Vermitek Bokashi Composter to blog about. VermiTek designs, manufactures, and distributes multiple items from Worm Compost Bins and Bokashi Compost Kits to barrels and gardening accessories.

I have always been leary of composting because of the perceived smell I associated with it. If you want to try it, this is a great starting point. Its compact and does not smell.

The word Bokashi is Japanese meaning ‘Fermented Organic Matter’.  We have had no foul odor and honestly its a sweeter smell than I was expecting.   This is due to the bran-based material made with a culture of Effective Microorganisms. It helps ferment your food waste which is a compost activator.

I love the simplicity of using Bokashi. You literally put all your solid food waste in the composter, bury them in the Bokashi bran and seal the lid. The bran breaks it all down in two weeks to be poured into your garden as a natural fertilizer. This also has a spigot to get the liquid out for your plants or to use as a natural enzyme to clear your drains. Not to mention the compost you can pour out into the garden. This is a great composter! We keep it in the garage just outside the door. Each day we throw all the collected compost items that we don't save or feed the worms, and throw it in this bucket.  If we had another bucket, we would reduce our food waste by about fifty percent.

Here are more details about the Bokashi Kitchen Composter and an introductory video.

Furinno shelf review

Furinno sent me their Turn-N-Tube 4-Tier Multipurpose Shelf Display Rack. We used this in the office where we had a much heavier bookshelf to display special trinkets. It is SO Much better in there and the room feels lighter.

The Turn-N-Tube Series storage shelves comes in 2-3-4-5-Tiers and variety of width and depth. This model holds about 25 pounds.

It came in a compact box.  There are no screws involved,so you can get the kiddos involved! The materials comply with particle board for furniture processed from parts of rubber trees.
Mr Crazy Life put it together for me so I could get pictures. :) All you have to do is turn the tubes to connect the shelves.

The poles just screw into eachother, easy peasy.
Then cap off the poles at the top.

Voila! This took 10 minutes to assemble. Its super easy and great furniture for an office or family room. Its great disposable furniture to use in an older kids room as well.

Royal Tea Candle Review

Royal Tea candle sent me this ADORABLE Candle. My daughter got a little excited to pull this tab out to see the jewelry so I put it back together. This is actually a good thing as it shows you where the jewelry actually is. :)

The jewelry, unlike other brands, is attached to an adorable tea bag type idea. When it melts enough, you pull the Royal Tea Candle tab up and out comes your jewelry.
This is my necklace unwrapped. There was no indication of what it was worth.
The colors are so beautiful on the front. Its a clear red ruby type pendant with accents of diamond type gems.
 The back is silver.
The candle is soy and burns evenly. The smell is amazing!! Its strong without being overpowering.
After 4 hours of burning, I blew the candle out and let it harden again.

This candle is a great bargain for the cost. You even have an adorable tea cup that you can clean and use after the candle is all used up! :)
