Dr Teals epsom salts review and giveaway

Dr Teals sent me two formulas of Epsom salts and a bottle of their bath and body treatment. It is made in the USA! Check here for retailers

Epsom salts are magnesium. So by using 2 cups in a bath of warm water, and soaking for 20 minutes, you are absorbing much needed minerals into your body. Magnesium is a much needed biochemic mineral that our body needs to function.

Check out their page for more information and links.

Olive Oil Bath & Body Treatment – This is lightweight formula with vitamin E to soften skin. Use a few drops after a bath or add a few to your bath! Either way it has no parabens and phthalates. It has a scent of a light tropical flower – Monoi. The gentle oils absorb into the skin leaving no residue.

Epsom Salt – Epsom salt helps relive tired achy muscles. This naturally scented brand is awesome! The essential oils soothe the senses and help the brain relax. Peppermint is often referred to as the worlds oldest medicine. The baking soda helps eliminate odors and softens skin.

Epsom Salt Foot Soak –
This smelled amazing. I love the essential oils in the Epsom salts. The magnesium helps with tired achy feet and the peppermint refreshes. Take a skin brush after the bath and gently brush away the dead skin for beautiful feet. This in combination with the olive oil bath treatment worked wonders for MCL military feet ( I will spare you pictures of his boot feet).

There are SO many uses for Epsom salt. Did you know that
-plain Epsom salt can also be used in the garden to help certain plants?
-Epsom salt and essential oils to replace commercial chemical “Crystals” for laundry.
-According to the National Academy of Sciences most americans are deficient in magnesium
-Epsom salt relieves tension  by removing lactic acid and toxins from the body
