Ojas Naturals review and giveaway

Ojas Naturals sent me a wonderful mix of stuff!! I am so excited to review these for you.

Peppermint Pulling oil. Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic practice of holding or swishing oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes and spitting out. Different oils can be used to include sesame or coconut. Oil Pulling whitens teeth, gets rid of cavities and remineralizes them. Little Crazy Life loves to oil pull. She once had a couple dutch mints that had food coloring. That night after she oil pulled for about 10 minutes. The oil was the color of the mints!! I have  heard accounts of it also being the color of orange soda.
Ingredients: Unrefined Sesame Oil*, High Oleic Sunflower Oil*, Cold Pressed Black Cumin Seed Oil*(Nigella sativa), Calendula Extract* (Calendula offinicialis flowers in Grain Alcohol), Stevia extract* (Stevia rebaudiana leaf in Grain Alcohol), Peppermint Essential Oil*(Mentha Piperita), Non-GMO vitamin E as a Preservative.
I normally use straight up coconut oil, but the peppermint has changed my life. I LOVE this stuff!!

I received 3 honey tinctures. Results may vary for each person and may take longer to see effects than just the one bottle.  You take 10-30 drops in a small amount of water one to three times a day.  Honey acts as a carrier in  the digestive process. From my reading this is due to the sugar metabolizing in the stomach vs other parts of the digestive process.

Valerian honey Sleep, Muscular, and Nervous System Support
ashwagandha
Ayurvedic adaptogen.  Male reproductive, adrenal, and thyroid support.
Raw Cacao Chocolate Support! Cause, you know, sometimes it’s necessary.

The first one I tried was Raw Cacao (of course). Tastes delicious! I counted about 30 drops for half a dropper full for those of you who don’t want to measure. For women this is a great source of magnesium for that one week of extra craziness each month.

This one is for the guys! Mr Crazy Life has an autoimmune disease so he needs the thyroid support without provoking his immune system. Ashwagandha has been referred to as "Indian Ginseng". It is considered one of the primary adaptogenic herbs in Ayurveda, used historically to promote vitality, especially for men

Valerian honey tincture helps support sleep, muscular and nervous system. I'm all over this one because all of us have problems calming down in the evening. We live in a busy high tech world and its hard to turn that off at night.

Next up 2 oils. Shea nut liquid, raspberry seed oil

We make our own lipbalms and lotion in the house. These are fantastic oils to have for skin care alone or to add to your creations.

Shea Nut Liquid oil is non greasy and  nourishes muscles and connective tissue. Apparently it has some UV absorbing properties as well.

This bad boy, Raspberry Seed oil, Is another fantastic facial oil. Its light and with 83% fatty acid which helps many skin issues. It helps the skin on a cellular level and has a great broad UV protection.

  1. I would like to try the Raspberry Seed oil. I still have acne at 32, so anything to diminish it would be awesome!
