The Borrowed Adobe

While surfing ideas for inexpensive ideas to decorate our home I ran across this site. The Borrowed Adobe. I have to say I am quite impressed. We own our home, but am always looking for ideas to corral all the stuff and toys we have, while saving money on decorating our home inexpensively. This site had gads of ideas.

Here is our yard that we just sprayed and weeded. Needs major inspiration. No clue how to contain the massive beast that is the heat pump for the A/C. We have a 16x16 pavered back and a 3 year old. Enough said!

  1. The plastic playhouse is always nice touch! I'd put a glass top on the a/c and use it as a buffet.

  2. I was thinking a white picket fence around it with a plexi top, but would that affect airflow?

  3. WHat if you put a fence around the HVAC unit, and then suspend plants above it, but leave a few feet of clearance between the unit and the plants? You don't want to put anything right on top of it, because you definitely want to keep it open for airflow.

    Thanks for joining the party!!
