BOCHA Loose Leaf Tea Maker with Glass Teapot, Built in Infuser and Removable Filter.
The teapot has a maximum capacity of 800ml. The infuser holds about 300ml (about 1 cup) of liquid at a time. This teapot is designed for 1-2 people and is NOT pitcher sized.
Here is a link to several of their products on amazon. This would be GREAT For mothers day!
The teapot and the filter separate for easy cleaning. The strainer portion is very large so it allows room for the tea to move and expand without crowding it into a small tea ball. We tend to make the tea pretty strong and then add either a bit of water or cream to dilute it. This works out amazingly well for that.
They fit together with a slight twist to secure the filter/lid to the teapot.
What I love about The BOCHA Teapot Infuser is that it allows you to steep your tea in a separate compartment without having to mess with the little tea balls and loose tea.
You release the tea into the glass teapot when it's ready. This infuser really helps with over steeping your tea.
The red button pushes on this lever releasing the tea from the bottom into the tea pot below.
This crazy household drinks a TON of tea. We literally drink different varieties all day long.
The BOCHA Teapot Infuser is made of heat resistant glass with a blown-spout for smooth pouring. The removable infuser is made with safe & eco friendly food-grade PC material.
It is super easy to use.

Tushi Pal Fitness Tracker review
Tushi Pal is a fitness tracker that partners with the World fair trade Organization to provide jobs to the Mayan Artisans in the Yucatan Peninsula.
I found the app extremely easy to use and set up. I did notice the unit did have to reset itself a few times over the time I have been testing it, but that hasn’t been a big drawback for me as it hasn’t skewed my data.
The Tushi pal has an optical heart rate sensor, pedometer, calorie counter, sleep tracker and vibration reminders . The vibration reminders consist of call & message notifications, and email alerts. I turned these off since I am never too far from my phone, however, it is easy to turn them back on when you are out and about and you don’t want to be holding your phone. The app makes it extremely easy.
Tushi Pal is the only wearable on the market with “Breathing Light” technology, showing you on its touch screen in what exercise stage you’re in at any time. With this Tushi Pal you can track everything from a walk to a heavy duty workout. Im working on increasing my time, and I wont shame myself by telling you what my workouts look like currently. It’s also the only wearable that allows you to monitor the 5 stages of any workout through a one-of-a-kind“breathing light”. THIS is cool.
The Calorie counter and pedometer uses algorithms. The pedometer algorithm has been tested considering 5 factors that influence your calories burned. One of this factors is the step count. The other 4 are: gender, weight, height and stride. As you know, the stride length is measured from heel to heel and determines how far you walk with each step. On average, a man's walking stride length is 2.5 feet, or 30 inches, according to Arizona State University Extension. A woman's average stride length is 2.2 feet, or 26.4 inches.
Tushi also functions as a sleep monitor to track every stage of sleep. This tracks deep sleep, light sleep and awake times. This has been my favorite feature so far. Its no wonder I wake up feeling tired! I sleep the majority of my time in light sleep!
The Tushi atomatically monitors heart rate every 15-60 minutes. Since I am just getting back on track with working out. I would like to see future versions of software run this feature a bit more often.
- Remote capture for taking photos and selfies through your phone.
The strap is inspired by traditional Maya patterns. Tushi pal works with of hundreds of indigenous Mayans. Tushi partnered with Taller Maya, part of a foundation that works in collaboration with the World Fair Trade Organization, to provide employment to Mayan artisans. These skilled artisans handcraft the beautiful packaging and its GORGEOUS! Each artist proudly sign their unique handmade pieces using a unique label.

ZNaturalLife Deodorant review
Z Natural Life sent me a selection of their natural deodorants.
I have tried a plethora of natural deodorants only to find they don’t work for me personally. Of course anytime you switch from a standard deodorant (like those with aluminum), It will take your body time to adjust. Everyone has different times, so be aware of that. I usually try a deodorant for a week to two weeks to see if it works and reapply if it doesn’t. I have also kept my old deodorant under my counter “just in case” for summer. In winter I can get by with deodorants not working well, but not during spring and summer.
Most of us know the dangers of chemical deodorants, especially those with aluminum. They can range from Alzheimers, dementia to cancer.
This dilemma is what started the quest for the makers of ZNaturalLife. Deodorants have used similar recipes for years without much change. You can find solids, semi solids, crystals, paste, etc. ZNaturalLife believes in living naturally from the food we eat to the products that are used on your skin. I whole heartedly believe in this as we try to do the same.
ZNaturalLife conducted an in-depth search for effective, natural ingredients. They talked with companies in Europe and the USA along with reviewing many studies.
This is the perfect time to try it out with somewhat warm temps. ZLife deodorant is a cream type consistency that comes in a tube style container. I dislike putting deodorant on with my hands, so this makes me extremely happy. The Z Natural Life deodorant seems to absorb quickly and work well. I sweat a lot, so I tend to reapply mid-day. While its only starting to get warm now in the Pacific Northwest, I have noticed that I’m not smelling or perspiring a lot. The deodorant has no powder in it, but they do sell a separate body powder formula for those of us who need it. So far I haven't needed it in addition to the deodorant but its pretty easy to apply.

The Right Cup scented cup review
The right cup is designed to trick your brain to help you drink more water. At quick glance it has raised 863% of its original target to put this cup into production.
check out my facebook live video when I opened the cup.
With the rise in obesity we need to get back to the basics and drink more water. I am one of those people who dislike plain water. I often add a squeeze of citrus to help me drink it. Think about all those wasted calories, chemicals and sugar in your drinks!
Isaac Lavi founder and CEO – diagnosed with diabetes at 13 and came up with this idea. 6 years of research went into developing this cup with multiple prototypes. Our brain uses smell and taste together to tell our brain something has flavor. Try plugging your nose and eating a kiwi and a strawberry, or even an onion. Your brain typically cannot distinguish.
The Right Cup is BPA free and looks like a double walled cup with an orange tint to make it look like its full of orange liquid.
When I first opened the sealed package, I immediately got an overwhelming orange soda smell. It did not smell chemical to me. As is sat there and I did a live video, it had a mild chemical smell.
My first impression of drinking from The Right Cup was that there was definitely a chemical type smell. I could determine the difference between the water and the trick played on my brain. My daughter tried it and she said the same thing.
As the first day went on, the flavor and smell started to combine and the flavor of the water really did change. I found myself sipping on water (willingly) and not out of obligation. The first day I could still smell the chemical smell of the scent used.

As the days go on, I notice the smell less and my brain is adjusting to the cup. I definitely notice an increase in water consumption and I don't have to force myself to drink it.
The Right Cup comes in Orange, berry, cola, apple, and peach.
I also tried mineral water in it which I already love. The Right Cup also makes it seem lightly flavored as well.
Avoid extreme heat or cold, not dishwasher or microwave safe, store upside down. I cannot find anything that says how long the scent lasts on the cup. I would suggest just using water or mineral water o you don't have to use a ton of product to clean.

Winsor Pilates Review
Winsor Pilates sent me their Deluxe Kit. It comes with 8 DVD’s, Wellness guide, Elastic resistance Band, and weighted Gloves. Fitness expert Mari Winsor has made Pilates more popular and easier to obtain over the years. Now its in almost every fitness club you go to!
Check out my facebook Live video. Make sure to subscribe so you see when I'm live!
I tried Windsor Pilates years and years ago, and I remember it being great on the joints without much pain. Now I get to try them AGAIN as a middle aged woman with adult kids, an elementary aged kid, and grandkids.
I noticed a nice gentle workout that had a decent amount of resistance. This could be great for some rehab patients, as well as the inflexible, pregnant mamas, and even seniors. You can also buy different bands if you want to increase or decrease the resistance.
Now to have great results you have to do these workouts with consistency. Something I am TERRIBLE at. If you have pointers, please comment on this post. I NEED THEM.
First of all is the price point. We all know working out at home is tough. We shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for great videos. This deluxe kit sells for $49.95. Seems reasonable with 8 videos and accessories. They also have the following available on Amazon (FREE shipping with amazon prime).
Their product page has several different systems that you can purchase.
I still remember the days where you purchase items over the phone and have to pay $100 over the phone in 3 installments and you wait patiently for the item, only to find out you hated them, and then couldn’t get customer service on the phone. THEN once you did, you got things cancelled and you were still charged the monthly installments and have to argue about them for months with multiple phone calls. Luckily with the internet (yes, I remember life before the internet) things have changed a lot for consumers.
Secondly, are the workout and quality of products themselves. I found the products to be sound quality and they seem to be handling the workouts just fine. The workouts are nice and low impact which is great for anyone to do. Everyone needs a bit of exercise to get their blood moving and their muscles stretched.
These testimonials are all celebrities, so I think that’s a bit interesting. I would like to see a way for customers to submit their own testimonials on the website so you can see unfiltered reviews.

EZStax organizing system review
EZSTAX is a product designed to help you tame those messy stacks of t-shirts and other items in your closet, dresser, suitcase or even paperwork on your desk!
We have no dressers and hang the majority of our clothes. Our closet is large, however, my sweet hubby has taken his shirts off the hangars. He agreed to give this system a try, just for you!
EZStax gives a folding guide to allow for the best fit in their system. If you look closely, you want the shirt to be as wide as the EZStax. This allows for less bulk and thickness within the tshirt.
I have found folding your shirts on the EZStax is the best way. It keeps the shirt wide and allows for less bulk. If you fold them too narrow, as you can see on the top of the stack, the system does not allow for the pieces to sufficiently fit in the other piece.
EZStax provides a way to stack your items and get to them easily without having to lift all your shirts up when looking for the right one. We all know that disrupting a pile of folded clothes can create a huge mess of t-shirts that we end up having to refold.
EZStax are clear, so you can find your items easier and they will match any décor or paint color. They help you stay organized and allow you to find any shirt you are looking for. Messy Desk?
EZStax can solve that too! EZStax is made from 100% recycled materials (YAY!) and is pretty lightweight. They are made in the USA and are available in two sizes.
I like the versatility of this product as you can use when traveling, and for the office as well. The only improvement I can see is that the interlocking piece at the top could be deeper to allow less precise folding.
